No myths.
Just wine.

A modern wine catalog coded by variety. Every bottle gets a shape, a batch number, and nothing to hide.

Wine, decoded.

Traditional wine selling hides behind centuries-old stories. We don't. Every bottle in the SIP C0DE catalog is here because it earned its place — and we'll show you exactly how.

01

Honest selection

Every batch is blind-tasted by Adrian and a rotating panel. If it doesn't earn the code, it doesn't ship.

02

Visual system

12 geometric codes. One shape and color per variety. Find what you like by sight, not by jargon.

03

Traceable batches

Every bottle carries a batch number. Scan it, see the producer, the harvest, the panel notes. No fog.

// The curator

A decade of tasting,
distilled to a list.

Adrian Solomon holds a Master's in Oenology and spent two years as Marketing Manager at Purcari, Moldova's most exported winery. Across a decade in the trade he's tasted hundreds of wines — Moldovan, Georgian, Italian, French, Argentine, Spanish — and learned how to tell genuine character from borrowed prestige.

Along the way he's built relationships with several of the 250 international Wine Experts and professional tasters regularly invited to international competition juries — the panel he leans on when a wine needs a second, third, fourth opinion.

SIP C0DE is what's left after he stops being polite about the rest.

"I'd pour any of these for a friend without explaining anything. That's the only test I trust — and the only filter I run a bottle through before it earns a code."

// The process

How a wine earns its code.

Four steps. No exceptions. About one in nine wines we open ever makes it onto a shelf.

Step 01

Blind tasting

Adrian visits the producer, tastes barrel and bottle samples blind — no labels, no stories, no sentiment.

Step 02

Panel review

A rotating panel of 3–5 tasters scores the wine against the variety's tier. Two-thirds must say yes.

Step 03

Batch validation

Three random bottles from the lot are tasted on different days. Consistency beats peak — both must hold.

Step 04

Code & ship

The wine earns its shape, its color, its batch number. Label printed, QR linked to the panel notes. Live.

// FAQ

Honest answers, briefly.

What if I don't know which variety I like? +

Start with the Code Box — three bottles, three codes, three honest tasting notes attached. After one month you'll know what you reach for.

What does "blind panel" actually mean? +

No labels, no producer names, no prices on the table. Three to five tasters score the wine cold against the variety's tier. Two-thirds must say yes.

How does the subscription work? +

Charged monthly. Three bottles ship within 48h of charge in Chișinău, 5–7 days elsewhere in Moldova. Pause or cancel from your account in two clicks.

What's the QR on the label for? +

Scan it. You'll see the producer, the harvest year, the panel notes, and the exact lot it came from. No fog.

Do you ship outside Moldova? +

Not yet. Starting domestic, scaling to the EU once we lock the next three codes.
